PWR FIT Studios, is a small family business, that has a passionate team, behind them to help bring you and your community, functional group fitness classes, premium personal training, nutritious nutrition, and a whole lot of fun and friendly vibes.

We only want the best for each and every one of you, so with our unique approaches to exercise we have some awesome classes that you may already attend or you’ve been wondering what they’re all about, so here’s the low down:

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH & FITNESS

Our 45-minute functional training classes are full-body workouts that consist of heart rate boosting cardio exercises to get your body into its fat-burning zone, strength training to increase your metabolism, BMR, and to help you with toning (or as the scientists say build muscle). These classes are designed to give you results, as they are backed by the science of exercise. We ensure every single one of you are looked after and cared for there for you won’t be doing any crazy exercises that may cause an injury (don’t worry we won’t be doing any breakdancing abs or anything like that), we happily adjust the movements if you have existing injuries, all we care about is making exercise possible and functional FOR EVERYONE!

BARRE CLASSES

Our barre classes are what some say are pilates classes on steroids!!! These classes work every inch of the body, giving you a full-body workout that is low impact, yet high intensity, using a unique dynamic fusion of bodyweight resistance exercises, cardiovascular and ballet toning movements to help you strengthen, lengthen and tone your muscles….not to mention burn calories! Ladies love these classes and have been coming consistently for years now, you will become hooked too after you try this class I can assure you! These classes, help your brain to engage your muscles more which will help you with walking outdoors, running, climbing, moving in general, and they are a great compliment to your functional strength training classes or personal training sessions.

STRETCH AND FLOW

Our Stretch and Flow classes are the most amazing, hard-working, yet relaxing classes you’ll ever come across! A unique blend of stretch, yoga moves, and flow followed by mediation it’s the perfect way to get through your mid-week hump! This class has been designed by professional master trainer and coach Lisa Low, with 30 years experience in the industry she has created such a fantastic way to de-stress, stretch your body and, do something nice for YOU!

  • Monday: 12:15pm, 6:30pm
  • Wednesday: 12:15pm
  • Friday: 12:15pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am
  • Sunday: 9:00am

STRETCH & FLOW: (50minutes)

  • Wednesday: 6:30 pm

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH & FITNESS: (40-45 minutes)

  • Monday: 5:00am, 4:50pm
  • Tuesday: 5:30am, 6:30am, 9:15am
  • Wednesday: 4:50pm
  • Thursday: 5:30am, 6:30am, 9:15am
  • Friday: 4:50pm
  • Sunday: 8:00am
